The patio and pool area overlook a small peaceful lake with surrounding Pine Trees, and is not directly overlooked by neighbouring pool enclosures. The pool has free solar heating but electric pool heating is an optional extra during the winter months. The patio area is completely enclosed with netting to keep out flying insects. Fishing is allowed in the lakes on a catch and return rule.

Our villa stands in half acre grounds with the rear garden leading down to the small lake .
The double garage houses a full size table tennis table.
A safe is also available for your use should you wish to use it.
